Mission POSSIBLE® is a platform for tech founders at every stage of their journey. We help them develop the mindset, build a strong network, and gain everything they need to create world-class companies.
Mission Possible is designed for founders building technology companies who are committed to growing them with intention and discipline. We are looking for Persevering Founders — people who embrace difficult challenges, take ownership of their decisions, and keep building even in uncertain environments.
You can apply if you are:
✓ Based anywhere in Ukraine
✓ Building a technology startup at any stage
✓ Working on a B2B or B2C product
✓ Coming from any industry
✓ Bringing any professional or entrepreneurial background
✓ Looking to enter the tech sector
✓ Motivated student
✓ Serial founder
A high level of English proficiency is required to participate.
Mission Possible takes 2.5% equity for participation.
Applications to Mission Possible are now open year-round.
Instead of running two large batches each year, we launch smaller, more focused waves within a single acceleration season. Each wave has its own application deadline and start date.
Wave 1
✓ Application deadline: September 1
✓ Program starts: September 29
Wave 2
✓ Application deadline: October 15
✓ Program starts: November 17
Wave 3
✓ Application deadline: December 1
✓ Program starts: January (TBA)
If you apply after a wave's deadline, your application will automatically be considered for the next one.
Please note that being accepted does not necessarily mean joining the next upcoming wave. Each cohort is intentionally curated based on founder profiles, company stage, business models, and the potential for strong peer collaboration.
The Mission Possible team will communicate the next steps with each applicant individually.
Mission Possible is an offline-first program based at Kooperativ in Kyiv. The program combines in-person and hybrid formats, allowing founders to participate even if they cannot relocate to Kyiv for the entire duration.
In-person attendance is mandatory during:
✓ The first 4-week onsite intensive
✓ The final 3-week onsite intensive
The remainder of the program is delivered in a hybrid format.
During the first four weeks of each wave, the Mission Possible team is fully focused on supporting the founders already in the program. As a result, new applications may not be reviewed immediately, and responses may take longer than usual. Your application will remain active and will be considered for the next available wave.

Mission Possible is transitioning from large cohort-based batches to a continuous rolling-wave model. Previously, admissions took place twice a year: founders joined a single large cohort, completed the program, and then became part of the alumni community.
Now, applications are open year-round, and new waves launch whenever the right group of founders has been assembled.
This means:
✓ More entry points throughout the year
✓ Smaller, more focused cohorts
✓ More intentional cohort formation
✓ A longer period of support
✓ Ongoing collaboration between founders across different waves
✓ A shift from a standalone program to a platform that provides continuous support throughout the founder journey
A wave is not simply a smaller or shortened batch. It is a focused cohort of founders that goes through its own active program phase while developing alongside other waves within the same acceleration season.
When forming a wave, we take into account:
✓ Product stage
✓ Founders' experience
✓ B2B or B2C focus
✓ Industry and potential synergies between companies
✓ Company maturity
✓ Participants' mindset
✓ The potential for meaningful peer learning and mutual support within the group
A wave is not a closed group isolated from the rest of the Mission Possible community. While some parts of the program take place within each individual cohort, other activities bring together all active waves, alumni, mentors, and industry experts.
One acceleration batch lasts approximately eight months and consists of multiple waves with different start dates.
The first season includes three waves:
✓ Wave 1 — September
✓ Wave 2 — November
✓ Wave 3 — January
Each wave starts independently while remaining part of the same Mission Possible ecosystem. The batch concludes with a Demo Day, where founders showcase their progress to investors, partners, and the broader startup ecosystem.
