You Never Build Alone: Your First Step Toward Building a Startup

Mission Possible launches a new online program — YNBA (You Never Build Alone) — for everyone who’s long wanted to build a startup but didn’t know where to start.

This is a five-week online program that helps you go from idea to your first prototype. No traction, no revenue, no founder experience required. What matters most is your desire to build a product and your readiness to take action.

Why YNBA Exists

YNBA is the first step into the world of tech entrepreneurship.
The program helps participants validate their ideas, learn the fundamentals of product development, and understand how to turn a concept into a real solution for users.

The format is simple and effective:
1 week = 1 action = 1 result.

Over five weeks, participants go through all the core stages every startup faces:

  • Finding and validating an idea with community feedback.
  • Building the first prototype using accessible tools.
  • Testing the product with real users.
  • Iterating and improving based on feedback.
  • Presenting results in a short final demo video.

What Participants Get

By the end of YNBA, participants will have a tangible first result — a real prototype and a clear understanding of their next steps.

They’ll gain:

  • a well-defined product idea;
  • first user feedback;
  • experience pitching their solution;
  • a network of founders, mentors, and experts;
  • a foundation for future fundraising and investor outreach.

YNBA can become the starting point for joining the Mission Possible accelerator, where teams receive mentorship, access to investors, and fundraising support.

Who It’s For

YNBA is designed for anyone who wants to develop ideas in tech:

  • IT professionals — developers, product managers, designers ready to build their own products;
  • Students and young professionals who want to explore entrepreneurship;
  • Experts from various fields — medicine, agriculture, energy, education — who see opportunities for innovation in their industries.

It’s for those tired of routine, who’ve had an idea for a while but kept putting it off — and are finally ready to build a startup.

Mission Possible

Mission Possible is an ecosystem for tech entrepreneurship that helps Ukrainian founders build products, scale businesses, and attract investments.

Over the past three years, the team has built a powerful community:

  • 50+ founders who have already launched their own tech solutions;
  • 100+ mentors in business, marketing, product, and venture capital;
  • Over $1.5M raised by startups from the program.

Now, Mission Possible is expanding its activities online with YNBA — giving anyone the opportunity to start building a product, even without prior experience.

Program Partners

YNBA is supported by:

  • Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) — a regional fund financed by the U.S. government through USAID, investing in Ukraine and Moldova since 1994.
  • u.ventures — an investment fund that supports early-stage Ukrainian tech companies.

How to Join

YNBA is your chance to take the first step toward creating your own startup — test your idea, get community feedback, and understand how to move closer to raising investments.
